Does the Vehicle come with Snow Tires?

Vehicle delivered are not suitable for extreme conditions involving the presence of large amounts of snow and/or water, unless marked as "WINTER EDITION".

However, snow chains and snow socks are available for purchase on most models, and are easily mounted without the necessity of a specialist.

If you decide to equip your vehicle that is not a "WINTER EDITION' with special tires, you can do it at your expense and you will have to return the car with the original tires.

However, in the unlikely even that you do receive a fine (€68), please be sure that you receive an official receipt and send it to support@autofrance.net, so we can arrangecreimbursement.

What is the Swiss motorway vignette?

A Swiss motorway vignette is required to use the national motorways. It's a sticker you need to apply on the inside of the windshield of your car. The price is CHF 40.
